EMBROIDERY:
Embroidery onto clothing is a very effective form of
advertising/promotion. Over the last few years the
embroidery industry has really advanced. All the latest
machinery is run from digital systems. Where as we used to
'punch' designs on to waxed paper tape, from large images
which were reduced in size suitable to fit onto clothing,
we now originate embroideries by 'digitising' them.
Digitising software, as any computer technology, is
becoming more and more sophisticated, and techniques that
we used a few years ago, take a fraction of the time.
Because of this, embroidered clothing is available to more
and smaller companies who would like to promote themselves
or their products without having to buy in bulk to obtain a
keen price.
Our minimum quantity is just twelve garments.
BADGES:
We also specialise in embroidered badges, which can be sewn
or stuck onto garments such as blazers, boilersuits,
jackets, hats etc. These can be backed and overlocked to
give a neat finish.
ESTIMATING COST:
All embroidery designs are restricted by stitch count.
Obviously the larger the design the more stitches it has
and the longer it will take to digitise and therefore
stitch onto the garment. This is a consideration when you
are thinking about having your logo put onto garments.
We will need to see a copy of your logo in order to give
you an estimate. This will usually be quoted between two
quantities, as it is sometimes difficult to know how many
stitches the finished design will hold.
Digitising the image will give a precise indication of
number of stitches and we're usually pretty close in our
estimations.
Just email (in '.jpeg' format), or send us your logo and
we'll give you an idea of the cost to digitise it.
